Ahead of Diwali, our chef and owner, Sunil Tyagi, was invited to join Melbourne’s leading Indian chefs in the Herald Sun’s feature, “From street eats to dosas, the ultimate top Indian chef-approved dining hit list.” Each chef shared their favourite hidden dining gems, sweet shops and late-night curry spots across the city. Sunil has run Indian Star Restaurant in Moonee Ponds since 1984, and we’re proud to see him recognised alongside the chefs who shape Melbourne’s Indian food scene.
